Scope
These terms govern your use of the Glyph website, downloadable app, release notes, update feeds, and related materials at this site. By using the site or installing the app, you agree to these terms.
License
- When you buy Glyph, you receive a license to use the software
- The license covers official Glyph builds for your own lawful use
- Buying Glyph does not transfer ownership of the software itself
License Details
- Unless stated otherwise, the license is for the purchaser's own use
- You may install Glyph on machines you own, for personal use
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute official paid builds without written permission
Trial
- Official builds may include a limited free trial
- After the trial ends, continued use requires a valid license
Your Content
- You own your notes, files, and content
- The developer claims no ownership over what you write in Glyph
Updates, Availability, And Changes
The developer may add, remove, suspend, or change features, downloads, release notes, or update mechanisms at any time, with or without notice. There is no obligation to publish future releases or maintain compatibility with any current behavior.
Feedback
If you send feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, the developer can use them to improve Glyph without restriction or compensation to you.
Open Source And Third-Party Materials
- Parts of Glyph include or depend on open-source software, which remains subject to its own licenses
- The app may bundle third-party fonts, libraries, and components governed by their original terms
- The public repository is at github.com/SidhuK/Glyph
Restrictions
- You may not use Glyph for any unlawful purpose
- You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute paid binaries except where applicable law allows it or where permission is given
- You may not remove or misrepresent licensing or attribution notices
Payments And Refunds
- Purchases may be processed by Gumroad or another payment provider
- Refunds, if offered, follow the provider policy in effect at the time of purchase
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site, app, downloads, release notes, and update feeds are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or accuracy.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, files, or data, arising from your use of Glyph or the website.
If a court decides a direct liability remedy must apply, total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid for Glyph in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
- If you materially violate these terms, your license ends
- If that happens, you should stop using official licensed builds of Glyph
